What's REALLY gross is that it actually looks pretty much the same after sitting on the shelf for a year. Wouldn't one expect the bun to at least be a little mouldy? I left the heal from a loaf of bread in the bag on top of the microwave and the bag got moved behind the next loaf of bread I put up there. When I finished the second loaf, there was that unmistakable smell of bread getting mouldy.
