Way back when..... I was on a ski trip in Montreal and got a ski pole in the eye, had to fly home. This really nice man took care of me the whole way, he walked me over to my Dad in arrivals, My dad just stood there mouth open, staring at him (not me) why?? it was Gordie Howe. I had no idea. He sent us some stuff I still have. Nice guy

You do know that Gordie Howe was famous for his elbows, Are you sure the shot in the eye wasn't from one of his elbows and you just can't remember because of the concussion and he was helping you because he felt guilty?

The goalie in the forefront would be Mike Palmateer, #22 Dave "Tiger" Williams, #4 Dave Ellett...but I can't remember the goalie who was #1, the other players I haven't really looked at.

I'm pretty sure Dave Ellet and Mike Palmateer never played together let alone the same team in the same decade.

Sure that was it....... the trip was a blurr those were the days, wineskins and absolute craziness.

OMG-I am in a little bit of gluttony heaven at the moment. I usually dont eat a lot of baked goods or sweets, I am more of a fruit person but my friend gave me a rice krispie square recipe a while back and I made it this morning. Instead of butter or margarine you use peanut butter and then drizzle a melted butter and brown sugar combo on top. I ate one and I think I will need to eat a few more...I hope there are some left for the rest of my family!

Weather network is saying watch out in southern Ontario as there is potential for tornados today due to the weather pattern thats happening. Dont go under your desk if this happens go beside it as you will get crushed under it but there would be a void beside it should the ceiling/roof fall in.
