My daughter and I were out in my convertible and I have XM satellite on there. I was switching stations and on the 70's station they played
Bobby Sherman.
I haven't a clue when the last time was I heard about him or his music or even had a thought about him...I can't recall the song as I changed the station quickly, but it wasn't Julie Julie Julie do you love me... My daughter wasn't impressed with my explanation of him.

Did you ever hear the rumour that he had false teeth? I recall some magazine with a large pic of him smiling, & my best freind was sure his teeth were false...

It will always be the O'Keefe Centre to me. I saw Bobby Sherman there!

Shannon isn't a big RUSH fan. I was just thinking then what the hell is she calling for when she said that there's a 15 year old kid (I think she said her son's son...wouldn't that make him her grandson?) is a big RUSH fan and she was trying to get him tickets. Well he'll enjoy the front row!

WOW-he has got to be in his late 50's early 60's right?!?!? He is pretty good looking even now!

Along these lines, my hubby and I watched this weird Steven Segal show a few months back called something like "Steven Segal-Sherrif's Deputy" where he is a swaggering Texas deputy doen in the style of the show Cops. We were laughing at his flack jacket acting as a girdle-I dont know it was just a really stupid show but it was kinda like watching a train wreck, we couldn't stop!

Hey! You forgot the most important spot! BARRIE! I was one of the fortunate ones to get tickets to that show. Deep Purple and Neil Young were there, amoung others.

Driver, that was Live8 not LiveAid. I too, attended in Barrie for Live8. Loved seeing Pink Floyd reunite but they didn't carry the whole set.

I did love seeing Deep Purple as I had never seen them perform before. The MKII lineup was my favourite.

And of course anytime I see Neil perform is just awesome. I had never seen him perform 4 Strong Winds before that show.
