    Hey Glenn,
I’ll forward this on to the company that writes these surveys for us.

It prevented me from installing the MWB until I put the install file in the start queue. Even once it was installed it managed to stop the program from starting each time. I checked the properties of the Security Tools shortcut to get it's location, which was a numbered exe file in a numbered folder. I tried to uninstall the file, Security Tools stopped me. I couldn't delete it either, it stopped me sending it to the recycling bin. Same with the folder. So I renamed the file "byte me" and rebooted the machine. It was not recognized with the new file name, which allowed me to run the MWB and clean the Security Tools off of the machine.

As you guys said, not bad for free. My sister-in-law thanks you. She's the fully-clothed one in the middle...
Wow , you really know how to complicate things.

The Monkees were a revamped act with Mickey & Peter & they were dreadful as was the revamped Mama's & The Papa's Mackenzie Phillips played with them & sang the them from One Day at a Time with the band.

But on a good note, I saw Bruce Cockburn, Ronnie Hawkins, David Wilcox,
Parachute Club, Harry Chapin & many more.

I was also a Monkees fan.
