A social worker from a big City in Ontario recently transferred
to the northern part of Alberta, and a small community was
on the first tour of her new territory.
There she came upon the tiniest cabin she had ever seen in her life..
Intrigued, she went up and knocked on the door.
'Anybody home?' she asked.
'Yep,' came a kid's voice through the door.
'Is your father there?' asked the social worker..
'Pa? Nope, he left afore Ma came in,' said the kid.
'Well, is your mother there?' persisted the social worker.
'Ma? Nope, she left just afore I got here,' said the kid.
'But,' protested the social worker, 'are you never together as a family?'
'Sure, but not here,' said the kid through the door....... 'This is the Outhouse!'

My mistake. It was Argo53 that was with me last march when I thought I might be halucinating. Every time I replied to a certain person's post their post vanished leaving me talking to myself.
(turned out to be troll trouble)

This cream beer was no milquetoast.
The Okanagan Springs brewery in Vernon, B.C., is cleaning up after its latest batch of cream beer became a cream bomb, blowing apart the fermenting vat.
The Thursday afternoon blast was powerful enough to tear an aluminum loading door off its hinges, sending 32,000 litres of fermented foam flooding across a downtown street in the North Okanagan city.
Fortunately, no-one was seriously injured, although WorkSafe B.C. is investigating after one worker suffered a minor hand injury. (It happened while trying to dip his mug into the flowing beer)
A well-timed rainstorm flushed most of the beer into the sewers but cleanup was a little more extensive inside the plant as workers swept up shards from several hundred pulverized beer bottles.
A build-up of carbon dioxide is blamed for the blast.Last edited by electric_viking; Fri, Jul 23rd, 2010 at 01:15 PM.

Anyone ever buy Heart & Stroke Lottery tickets? I've bought them for a few years but haven't won anything until with the last draw! I just got a letter saying I won a Roots Napa Watch Pair ($178)! Don't know what the watch looks like but hey at least I got something! I think its a good cause so I usually buy a ticket.
