Anyone ever buy Heart & Stroke Lottery tickets? I've bought them for a few years but haven't won anything until with the last draw! I just got a letter saying I won a Roots Napa Watch Pair ($178)! Don't know what the watch looks like but hey at least I got something! I think its a good cause so I usually buy a ticket.

I'm back.
First off let me say I hate electronics, but most of all I hate lightning and electronics. Bought a new comp and got a tech buddy to load it all up and am now taking her for a test run. Then I find out modem got fried also so I had to go a new one. Thnx to Rogers for not charging me for it (Surprise there!!!) Then i get it home here today and just boot up and another storm comes though and knocks power out once again. (Aaaarrrggghhh). And to top it all off I'm watching TV this morning and hear a pop followed by smoke coming from my surround system with no lightning or anything going on. Must have partially blown something from last Saturday's storm. Fun WOW!!!!!

So thanks to all your good wishes, we finally did close. It didn't take scissors though - more like a sledgehammer to get people's attention. What an ordeal, for such a simple thing! Now it's on to a new roof and paint and digging up bushes and ... on goes the list. No time for guitar, it's going to be an all work summer.
