Good morning all. Thanks for the codes and reps.

I am seriously thinking about going down to the animal shelter to meet a dog. He was brought in as a stray about 3 weeks ago and has now come up for adoption. His name is Oreo and he is about 3 years old, black and white, part Lhasa Apso and part miniture poodle.

But I am very nervous. I don't want to get my hopes up and then have it fall through. I have had no experience with Lhasas so I don't know if he'll bother my allergies. I don't want to fall in love and then bring the family in for a visit and find out that he hates kids.

Since I don't know what to do I think I'll try to get some work done first and maybe head out to see him later.

it wouldn't surpise me if they hacve a system glitch for a change. The survey alwasy goes out to as many as possible. That is how they get a cross section of musical tastes... I would check it again in a few hours or so.

don't know how allergic you are to dogs, but this breed says it can co-exist with people with allergies, providing it is properly cared for. if you look up Lhasa Apso, there is a whole article all about the breed, including it's temperment, history, shredding & health. apparently this breed of dog is closely related to wolfie.
