I can't believe there are some people who refuse to watch such classics because they are old and in black and white.
Hey Sigmund, what does all that sea foam represent?

If the question is first unmarried actors to share a bed in a regular TV series. They give the nod to Darren & Samantha Stevens. Sept 17, 1964.

They also state that Fred and Ethel Mertz got into a bed together on Jan 17, 1955.

Fred & Ethel did share a bed when Loocie & Ricky had to stay at a less then classy establishment (not a nice place like Viking's Hotel) on the way to California.

You guys are clever & that's just one of the many reasons why we are Smart Canucks!

I'm ashamed to admit, as a movie geek, that I've never seen this. It's on the list, though.

I picked up The Mist, the Stephen King movie, last week. Frank Darabont, the director, introduces a black & white version of the film on the second disc. He said that he wanted to shoot it in black and white, but the studio was opposed. They called it an archaic medium, and kiboshed the idea, insisting that the film's target audience would probably not pay to see it.

I watched the black and white version myself the other night. It had a much more intense feel to it.

What do the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Titanic have in common?

They both look good until they hit the ice.

Yeah, considering that Rush's sales statistics place them third behind The Beatles and The Rolling Stones for the most consecutive gold or platinum studio albums by a rock band. Go figure.

So I'm hosting a Vegas night party for my birthday this year, and I could use a little brainstorming. I’m giving everyone fake money, and setting up a lounge to sing Karaoke if you want to earn extra money…
Not many of my friends are really gamblers, so explaining Keno and craps to drunk chicks is not the way to go. To entertain serious gamblers drunk chicks alike, I’m leaning towards casino type games with a silly twist…think MGM Grand meets Dave and Busters or the Price is Right.
I’m thinking Higher Lower, dice Crown and Anchor, simple blackjack, dartboard roulette, a version of ski-ball that involves ghetto horseshoes and washers…
There will be real gambling later in the evening, as I am a poker fiend and so are several of my friends husbands.
Anybody have any ideas for new games or ways to adapt a traditional casino game into a more house-friendly one?
I'd appreciate any input you have. I'm leaving early, but I'll be back for any brilliant ideas I can find in the morning! Thanks Qsters!

A friend of ours does this on an annual basis... they do a couples party and you go to different stations with a member of the opposite sex that is not your significant other...

they have a mini putt station (you can pick one of those up reasonably), dart board, bet on the winner of the hockey game (if there is one on that night), Euchre table... I can't remember the rest....

    does that help??
