Rock of Ages - we went in August would give it 7/10 some great songs - could have been more, some parts rather cheesy, but all in all was worth the trip ...audience was rather subdued..think that had an impact too needed a few more rockers

How can I not start off the day without a tribute to Andi-T,
Some of you may thought it was An-dit, but it’s Andi to you & me,
Always here to help us out & totally free of charge,
& she’s so much more than our own friendly ‘recapper’ at large,
She makes us all feel like we count & have a place on here,
& we owe many of our points to her, she truly is a dear,
Andi does have poetic talents that I’ve seen many times before,
& she makes us feel so welcome, she’s like the girl next door,
I would like her to know how much all we Qbee people care,
& I thank her for her wit & I salute her for her flair,
Thank you dear sweet Andi, you’re really one of the best,
We all totally adore you so much, to that I can attest!

I love Halloween! Maybe it's fall too, all the nice colours and the smell of the leaves. I'm not sure what I'm going to dress up as yet! Need to start looking before all the good costumes are gone. I waited too long last year and ended up being a french maid

Here's my funny for the day!!!

The Moving Walls
An Amish boy and his father were visiting a mall. They were amazed by almost everything they saw, but especially by two shiny, silver walls that could move apart and back together again.

The boy asked his father, "What is this, Father?" The father [never having seen an elevator] responded "Son, I have never seen anything like this in my life, I don't know what it is."

While the boy and his father were watching wide-eyed, an old lady in a wheel chair rolled up to the moving walls and pressed a button. The walls opened and the lady rolled between them into a small room.

The walls closed and the boy and his father watched small circles of lights with numbers above the walls light up. They continued to watch the circles light up in the reverse direction.

The walls opened up again and a beautiful 24-year-old woman stepped out. The father said to his son, "Go get your mother."
