Sean Spence, on the other hand...

Saul Korman seems genuine but I could see him annoying some people. I like his civic attitude and the way he promotes Greektown. The Spence commercials are a bit dorky, but I took my daughter there to buy a birthday ring with money from my Mom and their service was outstanding. Seriously just about the best I have ever had in any store, and this was for a 15 year old girl buying $500 worth of jewelry, surrounded by huge rocks priced in the Derringer Cash Grab range.

... and mine. This is one of my favourite days of the year. Must admit I did not wait until 4:20 though. Can't think of a better way to relax and unwind after a hike on the Bruce Trail today. Rather stodgy bunch I was out with, had to leave the celebrating until I got home. 60's music on the I-Pod, cold wobbly pop and some green. Life is good.

I hear they are renovating Nathan Phillips Square. I still think Toronto City Hall is a very impressive place. Can't think of another structure quite like it.

Oh gosh I hate that place. One of the most inefficient buildings ever imagined or constructed. They should have knocked it down at amalgamation, instead they spent $50 million fixing it up.
