    i want to thank everyone for the winning words today.....i've been away and quite busy.. and I really hope you get to the bottom of this bullying issue....too many of our kids are experiencing this problem at public schools....our daughter went through h***, at her school in Scarboro, when she was young...her grades were getting worse and worse...every morning she would cry and beg me to let her stay home....when I approached the principal about it, and asked him the names they were calling her, he repeated them to me, but he couldn't help himself from laughing as he told me.... I took my daughters hand and we walked out...and told him we would not be back....I then took all my savings and with help from my parents, we put her in a private school..Metro Prep Acadmy, in Don Mills.....it was the best thing we ever did for her...by the time she finished grade 8, she was passing with honors..she could call her teachers late into the night if she had a problem...she would even get up early to get there, so she could work in a supportive envoirnment...so when she entered a public high school for grade 9...she had the confidence to excell there.. it was worth putting us in the poor house. when she lost her nephew, Bryton, on mothers day , this week, we were stunned....that the bullying could get to the point where a 13 year old would take his own life , was so tragic....I hope his short life, will wake the school system up, to how this cruel behavior will NOT BE TOLERATED....thank you everyone, for your support thru this...
