Anyone done a check to see if there is any malware/syware tracking in the Genio download.(Especially remnant spyware, after removal).

I don't mean to put a downer on the parade or anything, but given it monitors which sites you visit, its obviously installed tracker software, and logs which sites you visit. The FAQ's says that it doesn't log details on secure websites(SSL), but many sites including this and Swagbucks don't use SSL security when you log in.

Obviously if you've already uninstalled you probably have already taken the above action, but just in case those who haven't, should probably do so. Moreso as a precaution than anything else.

Did a survey this morning for 100SB credited within an hour or so. Survey was on movie preferences, i.e. theatre, rental, purchase, download, stream, and a prospective new product that may allow you to watch movies from home that may still be in theatres about a month after release date (normally movies are released about 4 months after they have been in theatres).

Took awhile, but worth the 100SB.

Some have referrals, most get 3 wins a day and the codes, but mostly I think its the special offers, they pay more than most search wins

I just make sure anything downloaded is something I want or is relatively safe (anything that pays more than it sounds it should probably has added software) and I virus scan it too. There are lots of facebook ones at 7-15 each, I install them no problem

I don't know if your talking to me or someone else but I do download the software but don't get credited I download thew one worth 51sb and didn't get anything...Don't have FB its blocked from my computer...I cant stand it

I have 2 referrals who stopped searching...One earned 15sb and the other earned 150..
