I second the partner code question, that's the part of swagbucks I still don't really get

Partner codes are just for partner search and win sites where you can get special merchandise as prizes...they're not really of any use to the main SB site

Task limits are set by crowdflower themselves, if you get a message saying you cannot do more, then you cannot do more.

Other than that, no, you can do as many as you like, until you see that message.
