if it says service error, just reload and try it again. I've found the best way for me is to be on the Gambit wall -> all. The video option is at the bottom and I just click it which opens into a new window to play the video once. Once it's done I close the window and open a new one. I'm actually watching a few of them at a time

I swear I have different options than everyone. A few days ago, the man in my tool bar disappeared and was replaced by the arrow for watch SBTV. So now that opens in a different window altogether and I've not been getting much SBTV. I haven't had survey offers for a few days. One was there this early morning but it's gone now. I only have 4 options on my Gambit wall, no videos.

options differ based on location....so it is hit and miss for me too in a lot of videos
