On the blog it says you can just enter it in your account details, it's there now. You don't have to enter your bday into the popup (it was on the homepage underneath the search)

no, i don't exactly know what they are. I rep when i think of doing it and the button is there,but i don't go out of my way to rep people back and fourth. Sounds selfish but i just can't be bothered unless i think of it.
