Yes, I know. Not exactly professional of me. However, better to take a moment outside the normal scope of things and "yell" at people who know they aren't the target of my wrath and effectively calm down. That way when I do apply corrective action, I can do it in a calm and controlled manner.

It's either that or call someone a complete moron and a waste of space.

And while that would make me feel better, can't say it would do much to bring the issue to successful resolution!

Thx Kool - I realize that's how I sound and how ridiculous I seem and I almost cracked a smile. Need just a little more time before I can start my "corrective action". Maybe it's time for a Timmy's run ... that should do it!
