Other than the suggestion that it may not be a yeast infection (although of course it may be ~ I found that OTC products can be irritating as well), you may wish to look at your habits and see if you need to change anything. This includes not using ANY scented products in the area, including body wash, soap, laundry detergent, and fabric softner, (wash underwear separately with unscented detergent and no dryer sheets or fabric softner) and wearing only cotton underwear until the problem rights itself and regularly thereafter. This has kept me happy & infection free since my first pregnancy, when I had them pretty much non-stop. You can still break out the pretty undies for special occassions, or evening wear!
Good morning, everyone. Thanks so much for all the words!!! :)
I'm dealing with round #3 of this  cold. This time it's gone into my ear & is causing dizzy spells. Blech.
On the plus side, it's nice & sunny here, so the critters & I have been napping in the sunshine (they make very comfortable pillows :P).
Hope everyone has a wonderful day. :)

Ricki ...
Watch your sugar and starch intake during this time ... the body will convert starch to sugar so maybe consider limiting intake of both ... infections love to feed off your body sugar.
