I hope you're able to log back in soon DramaLamaBBQ! :-) Last time I did try requesting a new password, but I didn't receive an email for it. Then a day later I tried again and the new password email came right away and I was able to sign in again. You never know what'll work. if you read a few posts further down, Noodge corrected the code after it was updated on the contest page. It was actually EPIONCE, after the company name.

Thanks to everyone for all of the words, camaraderie and advice. I have bookmarked my logged in page as daiqueri advised; had never thought of doing so before, so that should help when these login problems occur. I know that times are tough all over, and suspect that SK has probably had to cut staff or forgo hiring over the past couple of years, so am inclined to be patient with them as they try to sort things out.
