    I've been pondering what to say as no matter how I phrase it, seems like excuses or a pity dance.

    After all, life punches most of us in the gut more than once and probably more than it lifts us up to give us those 'character builders' we need in the journey. For me, it's more of a matter of trying to shield family from life's punches. These last few months though, as I lay over them in protection, feels like I am getting kicked repeatedly to keep us down no matter how I fight back for them....me.

    Family matters took me away leaving me little time for the fun side of life. I don't even sleep much anymore sometimes not for days in a row. One week, I slept what an average person sleeps in a night. I wish I could say I see an end in sight and will be back to regular posting/chatting. Unfortunately, not yet.....Isn't it one thing in life when it's unkind to you yet to watch loved ones struggle is heart wrenching. Especially for me is when it's physical as I cannot control the lack of their body's cooperation. I'd gladly give whatever life source is left in me to my family as I am sure anyone would do.

    I have missed you all and what makes me saddest is I wasn't here to support you all through tough times like I know you would have done if I had cried out loud. Or to cheer you on when sharing good news. I missed Zoodle's bday- URGH! Happy Belated to all of you lovelies who have had birthday's pass! Jettred, I am so sorry for the loss of one of your closest friends and the way in which she passed. I wish there were stricter laws in all states regarding cell phones and driving.

    I will do my best to return the kind inquiries I've received as it is rude of me to take this long in the first place. Please know I realize I still have a blessed life as long as there is love, everything else is merely icing on the cake and every moment is to be treasured whole heartedly. Obviously, we've got the cream of the crop here in this community as I am humbled by folks worried for me, thank you!!!!! I'll do my best to keep earning those prayers.
