Do you get an email when you cash out? I chose a prize on Sept 20th - have received no emails and can't see it in my pending orders. Is there something I am missing??

I was finally able to order the Pink Mini Glider.. phew!! Wondering if you got an email yet? I ordered my prize on 3rd Nov. And i have not received any email and it does not show in my pending orders. But in my credit summary it shows 1 product was ordered.

Did you get your prize yet? Does anyone have a clue how long it takes for the prize to arrive. And if you had to pay anything additional or give your credit card info or anything like that?

Oh yeah i forgot to mention a few days ago, I was finally able to order 2 chicken soup for the soul books from DH's account! I would order one from mine... but Im at 998 points now lol. just 2 measly points short!

I ordered 9 of the chicken soup books for 1000 pts each, and they came yesterday and to my good fortune, each one was different. They will be nice additions to my christmas gifts.
