HI Zoodle! I have't been online for a while too!! Went abroad for studies and have been totally away from this couponing world for a very long time:eek:. I am trying to catch up but it seems so overwhelming. Recently logged in to sheknows and realized the transition, wow, I guess no more fun words and garfield comics:lol:....I might just cash in points for cheap rewards like everyone else. timing and whether one wants to click a lot seems to be the question, since i've been doing well, i still am.

Can you tell me, please, usually how long it takes to receive rewards (e.g., books) from them?
Last time I redeemed my points was last year, but now I see so many changes... And I hope, we don't have to pay the customs.
takes about a week or so for things to show up here in toronto (mostly books)- startling for she knows (and in shiny fuchsia envelopes!)
no one should ever pay customs - used to happen every so often in the 'old' sk - did to me.
so i refused package, mailed sk (not that they answered) and it showed back up with no customs.
not sure why but this newer sk answers mail and tries to help with problems - had a few back when
they did the re-do, and i couldn't order.
all i do for points is click the subject areas, along the top of the page, entertainment, beauty,,,,
is mindless but so is swagbucks tv.

I have been waiting on two eyeliner that I ordered for a total of 10,000 points over a month ago...I tried emailing them a few weeks ago and they haven't even replied. I still have around 60,000 points left and it would be nice to know I can use them and actually receive things from them...Their customer service seriously sucks!
Still haven't heard anything from She Knows and so far no prize has shown up...I fired off another email in hopes that someone will reply to me, but it's looking like Canadians can't receive prizes?? I mean I had no problems before they switched to the new rewards site and always received everything fine. The new site happens and I finally find a couple of things I'm interested in and they never show up!
shoot i received a book a week or so ago. but they are lousy at followup.

I too am having problems getting out of sheknows. Every time I place an order and my points go down to zero, the order mysteriously has some problem. In the past I got my points back but now they don't even reply to my emails. They took my points and have not sent me anything.
They are just so MEAN! :(

no more pointsandprizes...I was going to start it again..so anyway I see a couple of DVD's to get I have 10,000 points..they come to about 7,000 points and I can't cash out, can anyone help, please and thank you very much,
