thanks for the new words...finally all caught up

well I've been waiting for a parcel now for well over a month the driver made 3 attempts to deliver the parcel...Didn't bother ringing my bell or knocking on the door...Left no delivery slips so I'm not getting my parcel now...today was the 3rd day so now its going to end up being shipped back...I think I'm about ready to pull the plug on P&P

Michelle, don't give up on P&P ... the delivery or lack thereof was not their doing.
Last time this type of thing happened to me, I wrote the company I had ordered goods from, told them what happened and suggested they change their delivery company ...
AND I cc'd the head office of the delivery company ...
never knew companies could jump so high to accommodate!
BtW - the delivery company was UPS

Give it a try! be polite, nice and factual ... and in the last line say how much inconvenience and disappoint this was to you..

Ive been trying to be nice and polite they "tried" to help me said they didn't have it I don't have the tracking number so they said they cant look for it which is a lie....the driver of the truck was so rude he mouthed off to my little 12 year old brother and took off...I'm waiting my minutes on my cell just to have them say they don't have it..the only thing i know is it was a book entitled "keep calm carry on"...but I don't know where its coming from so no one can help me...Ive tried contacting P&P to get the tracking number and am unsuccessful

so sorry about the puppies :( That happened to one of my old dogs litters of pups to,every one of them died and it is so sad. She had many litters of them. We think she had cancer at the time or something and that is why cuz she had this bump of skin on her back :(
