Good morning, everyone! Thank you so much for all the words!

If anyone has a few prayers to spare, I could use them.

My friend's 25 yr old cousin went away for the long weekend, had some sort of encounter with an individual at a bar, & when he & his friends left to go back to their cabin, they got attacked by the idiot. He's on life support, wasn't expected to live this long, but is still fighting, so there's a glimmer of hope (when my friend first called & told me the other day, it didn't seem like there was any hope whatsoever).

Still don't know what could possibly be that important that you'd kill someone over it.

Congrats to you! That's awesome!

It clearly says for that contest that it is open to US/Canada residents 18 & over so they can't not give it to you. I would contact them because you can't falsely put that you're a US resident on the form, so just tell them that there's no spot to mark yourself as a Canadian resident and see what they tell you. Definitely make sure you get your points though, because they've chosen you as the winner.


Also, just as an observation... I've won some contests before and had to fill out the release forms and email them back, and i've never had to attach "a copy of my driver’s license or official identification card" before. just thought that was strange. But maybe others have had a different experience

Just sent an email off to sheknows stating that there was nothing in the contest rules stating that you had to be a US resident, also gave them my address and phone number telling them they could either write or phone me about this. Hopefully it works. I was so excited about winning 10,000 points, then my "high" from winning went completely away when I saw the being a US resident.
