All i do is go into my P&P account..click word balance and click View all so it shows all the words...then copy the word...go to my P&P account the control F (to find) then Control C to paste the word if its there it'll highlight it for you(I hope you understand this if not please let em know and ill try again)

I just read the P&P rules, and it says "prizes mailed to Canada may be subject to a delivery charge". Anyone have this happen to them recently? Is this a change in the P&P rules? I remember reading other SC'ers past posts that P&P doesn't charge shipping. Do they mean duty charges? Just want to prepare myself...
