There was a problem a year or two ago when Customs and Excise would pull some prizes and charge a duty (taxes). However, P & P has had talks with them and there should be no duties charged. If you happen to receive a prize where the post office/courier says there are duties (taxes) to be charged, don't accept the prize and contact P & P. These were instructions on their site specifically for Canadians.

thanks for the reply iris75 I didnt know all this so thought id ask before my first parcel showed up...I'm trying to get Christmas started and done with and it seems like this would be a great place to start

woot! yeah id wait too... the lower pt prizes are def. not as good . Youll be able to cash out soon, just be patient (i always have a hard time saving my pts im the least patient person in the world when it comes to prize redemption). I know its hard with a child wanting the attention...but i didnt know if you read the post or not but they lowered the points on the books...I ordered one yesterday worth 5000 points..it'll be here in 4 weeks...and i still have 12570 points left

So tired it isnt even funny. Have placement 7am - 12pm then 7pm - 7am (ride along with the police). Im also moving out Friday so it will never end. My 2 roomate are both gone tonight. Now the other said shed be back today and well she isnt. Shes moved out next to nothing so far. I want to be the last one because she wont clean anything and leave it a mess when she leaves. Ontop of that I work both Saturday and Sunday 7am - 3pm. I have 1 more week of placement and well I get to drive back and forth. So come next Friday someone can hunt me down and ILl pay you to take me out of my pain.
