Even though my order for the Amazon GC never went through :( , I still have to say that at least on my DM account, sheknows gave her outstanding customer service as well (similiar to ThreeMonster'sMom) :-).
I found that if something is going to arrive the order will appear in your pending or sent orders, at least that is our experience.
Also ordered 8 of the chicken soup titles that were 1000pts , got 2 duplicates. They might be running out of stock if you are thinking about ordering these.
