Thanks so much for all the words. We just got our phones/internet back on last night. Our area was hit hard last Wednesday by a massive tornado. The experts are saying it was probably the strongest tornado on record. It traveled over 300 miles and so far the death toll in our state (Alabama) is over 250 with hundreds still missing. One of the worst areas hit was Tuscaloosa which is home for the University of Alabama where thousands of students live. At one point the tornado was headed straight for the campus, but miraculously turned and went another direction. It was also headed for downtown Birmingham at one point & did the same thing. Another area that has a lot of damage is Moody which is about 10 minutes from our neighborhood. Needless to say there are so many people hurting in our state right now that have nothing more than the clothes they are wearing.

Prayers would be greatly appreciated.

I have been praying for the people who have been afftected by these tornadoes. The destruction and loss of life is so horrendous. There are still 500 people missing is the last I heard. I pray they find them alive and I pray everyone comes through this and is able to rebuild their lives.

This is so devastating.

I am so sorry you had to go through this Jettred and I am glad your phones are back up. I hope all your friends and family are safe.
