Ok, I did a huge search at the old thread and found these posts from October 25, 2008:

agree with Jodew on the shipping thing, it actually happened to me with P&P, they told me to refuse it, and re-sent it to me a few days later.

oh, and as for being charged S&H, I've ordered over 10 things in the past 2 years and never been charged S&H. Whoever filled out the shipping manifest didn't put down that it was a promo item so it's definitely P&P fault. Never accept the item, refuse it and contact P&P to let them know what happened. this is definitely not an isolated incident but it does happen.
