I got the book "Eureka - the surprising stories behind the ideas that shaped the world" today! I ordered it back in the summer, got an email that it had been shipped but it never showed up. Emailed P&P saying that it never came and they said they'd resend it - and this was the first time something I had ordered required a signature on delivery - do you guys usually have to sign for your stuff?

i've gotten two prizes shipped from them, and neither of them ended up costing me anything. i like ups 'cause it's fast, and there's also delivery confirmation, so you have to sign (at least i did for my stuff)
