Oh UPS could very well be running today. Basically Easter Monday is not considered a statutory holiday in most provinces (Ontario incl.)

So basically anything government related is closed, like mail, library, schools, etc. while things like banks, malls, local transits could all still be open (some might be on a reduced hour schedule though) if they choose to be.

I had forgot there was no mail on Easter Monday - which imo is a useless holiday anyways because my Husband has to work and it's not a stat holiday.
