Glow is a free magazine delivered every month (I think) to Shoppers Drug Mart Optimum Members (by signing up for promotions by email). The magazines come with occasional samples and SDM Bonus Optimum points coupons. When you sign up for their email list, you can receive unknown/random samples (I have received small samples, and sample boxes similar to P&G before), as well as coupons for Bonus Optimum Points. If you are a Shoppers Optimum member, I would HIGHLY suggest signing up for their email list, because it is completely worth it, since it is free! Hope this answered your question :)

These aren't actually free bc they're from charities who I donate to, (it's that time of year again w direct mail campaigns) but I received a very pretty desk calender from Mouth & Foot Painting Artists and Covenant House greeting cards/stickers.
So much better than the hundreds of address labels from many charities that I'll just never get through.

FedEx just dropped off a huge box - the second half of a contest win of mine from earlier this year - I had won Hershey's chocolate for a year (packages of Chipits and baking chocolate bars)! Got the first half when I won the contest, and they said they'd ship the rest once summer was over.

So, lol - now what do I bake?
