Nothing yesterday or today, there's a parcel that was supposed to be delivered yesterday but tracking show "out on delivery" then "item on hold" Why is my item on hold CP? :mad:

Got my Iams puppy pack and All You Need is Cheese magazine yesterday. I also received my replacement Steam and Clean Shark mop due to my previous one being faulty. The customer service was outstanding :)
