They offer one FPC per family per year. You just have to email them or call them and request it. They have been doing this for years and are probably the most reliable FPC request out there. A lot of people put them in their calendars to remember to call every 12 months! ;)

ETA: they also have a great kids program with rewards like tees and baseball caps, and Dollarama type branded stuff. You just have to play games here:http://www.kidsclub.ca/en

The ALSO offer a free calendar by request each year.
