a letter no one wants to get....from Ont Power saying we will be mailed free KI ( Potassium Iodide ) pills soon in the " unlikely " event of a nuclear emergency. I like FREE as much as the next person, but.................

I got Lancome and 0.5 oz Smashbox primer [??]...its says congrats so I may have entered a draw but I don;t remember hehehe..used it right away and wow love it...price of $19 *shock* Now if someone tell me why 1 oz is 44 dollars LOL

Got a package from Healthy Essentials that I was told was coming because I had been randomly chosen. It had a full sized Motrin, a nice-sized Listerine, a small Avenno lotion, a larger Avenno bodywash, two packets of Aveeno hair care, Neutrogena make-up wipes and a small tube of Neutrogena Hydro Boost gel. Nice. I wasn't expecting it...even though they'd told me to.

So glad to see your post. I too received the package from Healthy Essentials but the box looked like it had been through a warzone, was open, stuff falling out so I wasn't sure if I had in fact received everything. Nice to be able to double check against your post and know everything was there...including some high value coupons too!

They offer one FPC per family per year. You just have to email them or call them and request it. They have been doing this for years and are probably the most reliable FPC request out there. A lot of people put them in their calendars to remember to call every 12 months!

ETA: they also have a great kids program with rewards like tees and baseball caps, and Dollarama type branded stuff. You just have to play games here:http://www.kidsclub.ca/en
