Our pick up is ALWAYS the next day so I suffer anyways! It says right on the parcel slip "Please pick up tomorrow after 1p.m. at..."

Oops... it has the date for when it was sent and such?! Maybe take it into Starbucks and tell them flat out you recieved it Oct 19!! That doesn't work for the expiry... I would think they would give it to you... maybe... :)
