a FREE $10 GC from Caseys a local restaurant in our area.. last time we go this we (family of 4) a HUGE platter of nachos by the time the waitress came back with napkins and plates.. 3/4 of it was gone. she was like WOW you guys were hungry LOL.

This was over a month ago so my memory is a bit foggy, but there may have been either a free sample tab or a questionnaire tab...either way I did the questionnaire about my skin type and a couple days later the offer came via email to send me samples.
