Got a weird freebie in my hydro bill:
- they're decreasing our hydro bill by 10% (can anyone say Ontario election perk)
- they have coupons on their website for lights, power bars, clotheslines, umbrealla tands, and timers.
- they didn't charge us a late charge when our bill was paid late due to the postal strike.
