Sneha, I had a similar cat food coupon as well - and you can't really give it away unless it's someone in your immediate area, because on that right side it has your name and the address where the food needs to be gotten from. I don't think they'd check for ID or anything...
And I considered cutting off that side, but you can't really do that.
So if you can't use it yourself, maybe do what I did - I redeemed it, then donated it.
