Caution out for r/f tire issuse for #23.
JJ has an issuse with a flat tire & he almost cause the caution a lap earlier.
Jeff had moved up to 3rd before the caution.
Michael Annette gets the free pass.

Kyle remains in the lead with Jimmie in 2nd. Jeff dropped to 6th, but he had a spring rubber removed from the r/r.
