SPEED.com report that Jay Penske is keeping his INDYCAR team alive and signed popular 42-year-old Canadian Paul tracy to a five-race deal.

I've always liked The Thrill. Was hoping he could have made a deal with Richard Childress a few years back. Anyways, nice to see him back at Indy. He is owed big time!!!
