Hi guys. It's not my day today... I stayed home from the cottage to get the family finances caught up, and the power went out for 4 1/2 hours!

I had just lit another candle when the power came back on. Somebody is having a worse day than me - I heard sirens shortly after the power went out so I figured someone had hit a pole somewhere. Hydro initially said power was to be out until 7:30pm, and then changed that to 11:30pm. So, I guess I'm happy it came back on before that! Originally Posted by Argo53
