With each day that passes I am more and more convinced that Opinion Outpost has been bought by Neilson Homescan. No matter where I search I cannot see to find much positive opinions on that place. OO is REALLY pushing the Nielson panel on people.

Has anyone ever had problems with OpinionOutpost/OpinionWorld shutting down accounts?
A couple years ago(2014/15) they messaged me, saying my account is closed due to "multiple accounts".I thought that's impossible. I only have one email. I have one account with OO and one with OW. I spoke to a CS person they said I can have the same email on both panels-that's allowed. They're 2 separate panels. But they seem to have a hard time understanding their own concept. Their CS is also very shifty.
Now a couple years later again they tell me my account is closed "permanently" due to multiple accounts. I said show me proof -they did not. Then I don't appreciate being accused of something I am not doing. Why would I jeopardize my own account knowing this.
I don't know if they're shutting down or having problems/not making enough money.
I know I wasn't..in an entire YEAR I didn't even make $10 from both panels. I am extremely disappointed. I have been with them forever. They are the very first survey panel that I had. Their customer service is shifty! They didn't even read my response.
A few years ago, I stopped getting surveys from them and my $10 that I had in my account went to $0. I contacted them and asked why? They said their surveys bounced back from my email account. They reactivated my account but never gave me my $10 back. I wasn't impressed, but have never had a problem with them since.
