Frustrated with Save.ca Anyone else?

Ever since they added the edit info page for your birth date and gender I cannot order coupons (I've tried but they never come now!)!! Every time I try and order it sends me to the edit info page. I enter my birth date and gender and get the message "email address already registered".... umm DUH!!! I'm trying to REORDER coupons from MY ACCOUNT that already exists but you insist I update my info :rolleyes: Really frustrating. I emailed their help address but no reply yet.

Am I the only one getting this dysfunctional circle of edit/error/edit/error?

I was having the same problem but I have found a way to bypass it. Once I log in it tells me to update my profile. I don't update it and just ignore that screen. Then I just click on the COUPONS tab at the top and order my coupons.

You can try that too.

I emailed them saying that I hadn't received the coupons I had ordered 2 weeks ago, and it took them about a week to reply to me (but I did get one). They said my order was processed and I should get them in separate envelopes. It has been taking them a lot longer to mail them recently though, I've noticed. Email support and see if they can help? :)

I got the stuff I ordered but it took much longer than it used to.

Never had trouble signing in - I sign in first, then go to coupons.

me too had the same problem, i wrote an email to them, and they replied it immediately saying due to too much orders its the delay and they said they received my coupon order and will send the same, but i have not received anything

I haven't received any save.ca in foreverrrrr and I assumed my order didn't go through because I can still check the boxes for coupons after my whole order attempt/edit profile thing. Well... I guess if it did go through maybe it went through all 15 times :lolsign:

I am having the exact same issue as the op and I cannot at all get around it everytime I click coupons and get my coupons it takes me back to the update info page and I get the dreaded email address already registered message and I never did get the save.ca coupons I ordered last time I ordered and I assume they would be expired by now if I got them anyway

EXACTLY the problem I'm having. No matter what I do... log in, log out, try and update my info, go to the site from certain links, go to a different computer, etc, I CANNOT get my coupons ordered. I would really like to get the mars FPC one listed on the blog but, alas, I can't get save.ca to work :rant:

yep I really want the free mars one and nope no way at all around it for me...driving me insane

Same thing happened to me today. I just put in a different email address. It let me order the coupons. don't know if they will come in the mail. Will update if they show up.

i got that msg too, i just put in a different email.

Same thing happens with mine and my mom's accounts. I can log into my sister's account no problem. Guess I'll have to create a new email account and try it :(

I'm having this problem too. :( I don't want to give them my other, personal email address to spam the heck out of. Geez, save.ca, you obviously lurk on SC, so get your act together.

I haven't had any real problems. The orders take longer, but they have always arrived for me.

I tried changing to my other "spam" email and it said it was already registered too?!?!?!! which is weird because I use that email for nothing other than contests so wtf??????

I'm having problems with save.ca too! I can log in, but once I go through and choose the coupons I want it says : You have not selected any coupons yet.
I'm getting very frustrated and cannot order on either mine or my BF's account..they better fix this soon!

was able to order the FPC for the mars bar, plus a few other $ off save.ca coupies yesterday.

I don't have any problems ordering the coupies, but I have noticed that they're taking longer to come. Yep, it would be better if several could be put in one envelope.l

Working for me now! Hopefully the issues have been fixed for others too. :)

Update... I emailed them and they fixed it. Not sure what they did but then I updated my Birth Date and Gender it actually said "Account updated"!!! I've never gotten that message before. Thankfully it didn't take too long to hear from them. 36 hours. Hopefully others will have the same luck getting theirs fixed.

That's exactly what happened to me yesterday. I e-mailed support. Hopefully they will add my additional personal information and send me my free Mars bar coupon - that's what I asked them to do.

Incidentally, I e-mailed them once to ask if they could possibly give me a complete listing of all the save.ca pages they have...guess what link they gave me? Yep! Smart Canucks!

good thing i read this. i never read the blog, and didn't know about free mars.

How does one go abut changing their name on their save.ca account. My mothers last name recently changed and every time i update her profile it keep sreverting back to the old name. HELP PLEASE :)
