I don't know of any points sites that offers Chapters gift cards.
In case it helps, Swagbucks and MyPoints both offer Barnes & Nobles gift cards, but I think they only have stores in the U.S.
And you can get books through Amazon.ca or .com too (from Swagbucks, iRazoo and MyPoints).
And it's not a points site, but you can get Chapters gift cards from Airmiles, and you can earn Airmiles with the Airmiles toolbar. It would take you about 6 months to earn a $25 gift card.
