Okay, so I got my calendar code to work....

Go to your account and set your address and change the country to Canada. Now log out. Log back in, and it should be fine. Customer service wasn't very helpful, accept to say you need to set your address as Canada (I've been ordering from this account for YEARS but I had to go and add the address for "self"). I didn't work at first, but I discovered you need to log out and then log back in once you add your address.
