I stopped at the Clearance section at my Metro and noticed Kleenex marked down to $0.49 each!!

I bought :
20 x $0.49 = $9.80 - $10 (10 x $1 wub 2 Kleenex coupons) = +0.20!!
OOP: $1.07!!
Thats 5 cents a box!!!!
But the best (& shocking) part was, when I finished bagging my Kleenex, the cashier tells me,
"That's a good deal, but I HATE coupons.
"
..I don't get it?! What's wrong with coupons????

I wonder if your cashier realised how much you are saving by bothering to use coupons??? Personally I used to hate coupons because it takes a lot of brainwork and I could'nt stand waiting for cashiers to read the coupons but now I definitly see its worth the wait!

ahahaha, what a bitter Betty!!!!
Great deal though
I was a cashier for 5 years and I do not get why cashiers "hate" inputting things, or get so snotty! Coupons or not, you get paid the same. Long transaction or short transaction, you get PAID THE SAME. May as well put a smile on your face, enjoy your day and maybe make someones day by being KIND. Ugh!Coupons = Little pieces of paper you get FREE from the stores, from reps and from companies (ie: Not gold)

nice!! great score!!.. my thoughts on cashiers hating coupons is it puts extra work on them (they have to stop thier routine look at the coupon, confirm it's the correct match, check the expiry date, remember the codes to input then input it into the system) and the more coupons the longer it takes to process 1 order.. though.. you'd think sometimes they'd like a change from the routine
When life hands you Edward Cullen...throw him back and demand Eric Northman....
