My friend works there, it's pretty decent!
Pay starts at $11 or something for cashier and most other positions. Lots of room to move around in company. Decent benefits package, flexible shifts/hours. If you work on Sundays, you get paid time & a half!
She has worked there for a couple years and likes it a lot. Oh and if you become something called a lead cashier or something like that, you get paid $21 she said.
They usually hire ppl on as 'seasonal' in the spring and fall, then keep the people who are good on for part-time and full-time positions.
Good luck!!

I heard that there's no "employee discount" for in=store purchases (guess the stuff is already very well priced..) but you do get 3 or 4 free full memberships.

My friend also works for costco...he says its brutal. Not to be sexist (as I am a girl so no need to tak offense) but he says the women just have to clear up books etc and get paid equally as much as the men who work with heavy boxes etc. His shifts starts as early as 4:30. So i honestly hate to say it but from what it seems it would depend on if you are female or male
