Did anyone else have an insanely hard time filling out that form?? It wouldn't pick the right options for me at all!

I gave up because i filled it out several times and it kept saying I had the wrong security code. I'm prety sure i put the right code in. theres no way it was wrong that many times. It doesnt even give you an option to use a different code.

I can't click on the right province, it keeps moving and changing provinces on me ....grrr....
