nope they will match a listed price in a flyer at % off isn't a listed price unfortunately

I was told they will pm "percentage offs", they will just take 20% off of their price not RCSS's

and i've been told the opposite they won't take % off because it doesn't list an actual price.. i guess it depends on the cashier
