When you submit your entry, are you trying to get it in right at 12, or do you do it at any point during the hour? I saw somewhere that the first to enter win, but I also saw somewhere that it's a random draw.

me@t - I think it is random, even if it does say, first 150, I think that is just to get people rallied up to enter quickly. From what people have posted here for months and months, it seems that people enter at all different times, so that would make most sense.

It means you are not supposed to enter you and your mom at the same address, only one.
